Where are you located?
We are based out of Victoria BC, Canada. That being said, we ship all US orders from Blaine, WA meaning that all of our US orders are sent domestically through USPS.

Who do you ship with?
For orders to the US, we ship USPS First Class Mail
For orders to Canada, we ship Canada Post large envelope
For tracked orders to Canada, we ship Canada Post registered mail
For international orders, we ship Canada Post Air Mail

Can you ship with another courier service, like FedEx, UPS or DHL?
We are open to using other service providers for shipping - just send us an email or a message on Instagram and we will see what we can do.

Where do you sell your gemstones?
We sell through our website and through our Instagram page. You can find us on Instagram here: @newstoneagecabochons

Where are your stones sourced?
Mexico, USA, Indonesia, Peru, Uruguay, China, Brazil, and India are our main countries of origin. Our stock is constantly changing so at moments we may be carrying stones from other countries too.

How much does shipping cost? (All prices in USD)
USA tracked - $6.50
Canada  - $6.50 (orders over $50 will be sent tracked letter mail)
International- varies depending on destination. We can send to most parts of the world untracked for $10 and tracked for $25. If you are outside of the US or Canada and want to confirm the shipping cost, please get in touch!

How long does shipping typically take?
Typical shipping times are:
USA & Canada- 5-7 business days 
International- 6-10 business days

How often do you ship?
We ship out all paid orders every Monday and Thursday

What happens if my package gets lost or damaged?
We provide store credit for any package that gets lost en route. If a stone arrives damaged, we will either provide a replacement stone or full credit for the damaged goods. We also cover additional shipping costs in the case that something is damaged en route.

What is your return policy?
We currently do not accept returns unless the item is defective or arrives damaged. Providing excellent service and a quality product is incredibly important to us, so if you are ever upset at our product or the service you receive, please let us know and we will do our best to make it better.

Do you accept custom orders?
Unfortunately no - we do not have the capacity for custom orders at the moment. That being said, we have a huge amount of stock and always have more than is listed on our website or on Instagram. If you are looking for something particular, send us a DM or email us and we will see what we can do to help!
